Sailors with disABILITIES would like to invite groups of Carers to join us for a relaxing day on Sydney Harbour, on our 54 foot Yacht. These days are crewed by volunteers and aimed at giving hard working Carers, Parents and the siblings of the people with disabilites, some time out and a chance to relax for a few hours on beautiful Sydney Harbour. Where groups are able to organise respite care, we welcome carers and their immediate family on board for an enjoyable leisure sail of Sydney Harbour. The sail departs from the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia at Rushcutters Bay at 11am and return at approx 2pm. These sessions must be booked as a group, we can accommodate a maximum of 15 people per session and a minimum of 10

Sailors with disABILITIES welcomes groups of carers to join us for a relaxing day on board our yacht for a sail on the Yarra River and Port Philip Bay. Carers Days are crewed by volunteers and they are aimed at giving hard working carers, including brothers and sisters, some time out and a chance to relax for a few hours. Where groups can organise respite care, we welcome carers and their immediate family on board for an enjoyable leisure sail. The sail departs from Docklands at 11am and return at approx 2pm. These sessions must be booked as a group. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 people per session and a minimum of 10.

Winter Series Racing Sydney Week 2

The Land Rover Winter Series commences each year with the traditional Ladies Day and Great Veteran's Race, followed by the point score races and concluding with the final Ladies Day Race before many of the boats head north in the Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race.

The Land Rover Winter Series 2017 will include ten-point score races which are book-ended by the opening and closing Ladies day non-point score races. The Opening Jill McLay Ladies Day race will take place on April 23, whilst the Chris Lee Closing Ladies Day race taking place on July 16. The Land Rover Winter Series point score commences on Sunday 30 April.

Opportunities are now open to apply for a position on the crew which will be used as training for building a team for the Southport Regatta on the 29th July. Register your name to be considered for the final selection.
