Boat Handling Wokshop

Time: Tue October 15, 9:00 am to Tue October 15, 12:30 pm

Available to Crew Volunteers Only

Crew: 8

Many sailors say that they find it less nerve wrecking to cross an ocean than to drive a boat in a tight marina.

With that in mind, we will run a boat handling workshop aimed at helping Skippers, 2ICs and CL3s become more confident at parking, coming alongside, stern drop-offs, leaving a berth.

Whilst the aim is to help volunteers in the levels above, we would welcome other volunteers to join and help out with deck work, specially those that need more practice to progress through their levels. However, priority will be given to CL3s, 2ICs and Skippers who are active volunteers.
